Discover Muskoka: Home of the stars
I’m excited to share a new photography opportunity this fall!
As part of Muskoka: Home of the Stars, I’ll be leading several Introduction to Photographing the Night Sky sessions throughout Muskoka.
These 90-minute sessions are designed for anyone who wants to learn how to start photographing the night sky — from camera settings and focusing in the dark to exposure, composition and creating nightscape images that combine the stars with the landscape.
Whether you’re completely new to night photography or looking to build on what you already know, you’re welcome to join.
📍 Wilson’s Falls, Bracebridge — Oct. 24
📍 Ryde Co-op, Gravenhurst — Oct. 30
📍 Wilson’s Falls, Bracebridge — Nov. 6
📍 Torrance Barrens Dark Sky Reserve — Nov. 7
And the best part? Tickets are only $10 + fees.
Bring your DSLR or mirrorless camera, smartphone and tripod, and come learn how to start capturing the night sky for yourself.
